30+ YEARS AS A FITNESS TRAINER

Throughout his 30 years as a fitness trainer, Kevin has participated in both amateur Bodybuilding and Powerlifting, competing at a relatively high level. He has also enjoyed running in various Road Races over the years such as the Memphis in May 10K.

Elemental Fitness and Performance offers you a high performance and high intensity training alternative to help clients achieve their fitness, weight loss, or athletic strength and conditioning goals.  All clients are guaranteed a positive outcome, regardless of age, sex or initial fitness level, if they comply with their individually formalized training program.

Initially, clients will meet with a coach to establish their specific program needs and goals.  Next they will be assessed and screened in order to develop an individualized training program.  Clients are then closely coached, monitored and measured to ensure steady progress toward their program goals.

Here at Elemental Fitness, we have successfully trained men, women, and children (ages 8 to 85) for over 25 years, and we are confident that we can help you!  Your success is truly our ultimate end game.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our goal is to guide your fitness journey by providing a positive environment and eye opening experience where you will grow in confidence and competence by mastering the many facets necessary to successfully achieve your goals.

It is not our desire to make our clients in our image. We desire to foster with you a community of successful empowerment.

Your training program will be individually personalized and crafted specifically for you.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private Training is training personally, on a one on one basis, with a coach. You will receive an exceptionally high level of attention and training with a coach who is patient yet passionate about working to assure you have a successful outcome.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private Training is training with 1 to 3 other clients. The experience is also exceptional and the components of an individualized program is maintained with each client.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

We provide the environment and cutting edge guidance for athletes of all ages, sports and abilities to develop the strength, speed, endurance and agility necessary to compete at their highest level.
